Chocolate Almond Butter Raspberry Cups


I'm going to keep this short and sweet because I want you to do less reading and more make making of these cups!! I was meant to post this recipe last weekend but got caught up with life stuff. Work is crazy and I moved house. It's either feast or famine in my life! I was also supposed to post this recipe early today but the company I work with is opening a new location tomorrow. So after a 13 hour work day I'm posting this recipe! And after a 90+ hour week I'm delighted I'm doing so!



If you're looking for a fun project around the kitchen-this is it! The recipe makes 48 cups but can easily be halved to give you 24 cups. I made the full batch and gave some to friends. I would suggest making the full recipe as they will keep for ages.

Lemon Poppy Seed White Chocolate Cookies


When life gives you lemons, make lemon poppy seed white chocolate chip cookies. These cookies go particularly well with a little espresso. I made a batch of classic chocolate chip cookies the other week and ever since have had cookies on the brain. 


I took the same base recipe and switched the chocolate chips and flavours. I used white chocolate chips, poppy seeds and lemon zest instead. 

I planned to add Italian dried mixed peel also but forgot to get it in the supermarket. If you fancy a stronger citrus flavour add about 75g of the mixed peel.
